Robert Price have been supplying   building materials to Welsh councils for over 50 years. The stock profiles in our branches have developed over time to reflect the trends and requirements of the local housing stock. Working with our customers, we are pleased to review our stock profiles as necessary to ensure that we can consistently provide the right materials to the right place at the right time. By collaborating on specifications, we can help ensure a continuity of materials benefiting future maintenance and repairs.
We can supply materials fully compliant with the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, and to meet all evels of the Code for Sustainable Homes and EcoHomes XB.

Supply

Robert Price can supply materials in a number of ways, depending on the requirements of each specific contract or site.

Plot Lot Deliveries

Where customers' material storage facilities are minimal, Robert Price offer plot lot deliveries to site. Materials can be supplied in quantities to suit the customer, on a just in time basis, direct to site. This method helps improve performance for planned maintenance as well as minimising damage.

Being local, Robert Price can also offer a rapid response delivery service from our extensive network of branches if required, helping to resolve unexpected issues on site.

Bulk Deliveries to Site

When volumes justify, Robert Price can also arrange bulk delivery of materials to a compound on site or to a warehouse.

Collections

Our network of eighteen branches in South Wales ensures that there is always a local branch from which materials can be collected. Our computerised stock managements system ensures that we consistently over achieve against our target of 90% stock availability.

Call Collect
