This push-fit air admittance valve allows a soil stack fitted with an external air admittance valve to terminate within three metres of a window opening. This allows the pipe to terminate at the same height as if it were installed internally i.e. 200mm minimum above the highest wet entry point to the soil vent pipe.

Key features
- All packaging is fully recyclable and contains a minimum of 30% recycled material
- A1 designated which permits the valve to be fitted below the flood level of connected appliances, however it must be 200mm above the highest wet entry point to the soil vent pipe. Fully tested and operational at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C
- Approved Document H of the Building Regulations only permits air admittance valves that conform to BS EN 12380:2002
- Compatible with all UK 110mm plastic soil pipe manufactured to BS EN 1329-1 or BS EN 1453
- RAL Colour Telegrey 2 7046
- For 82mm solvent connection, remove seal from 110mm push-fit.
