According to the notice, certain batches do not fully comply with the EN397 Industrial Hard Hats Standard due to a production error. The recall only relates to helmets produced between April 2022 to November 2024. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robert-price.co.uk\/shop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Scan-Safety-Recall-Notice.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a> for the full recall notice PDF from Scan Safety.<\/p>\n<p>The two products that affect Robert Price are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scan Safety Helmet &#8211; White SCAPPESHW <strong>(NQH13300)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scan Safety Helmet &#8211; Yellow SCAPPESHY <strong>(NQH13900)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you purchased any of these items from a Robert Price branch, please return them to us with your proof of purchase for a replacement or refund. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robert-price.co.uk\/shop\/branches\/\">Contact your local branch<\/a>, where the team will be able to assist.
