From Site to Sack Race: Our Bulk Bags in Action at Llanthony Valley Show

At Robert Price, we love seeing our products put to good use, especially when that use brings a smile to the community!

When the Llanthony Valley and District Show reached out for support with their annual 4-man sack race, we were more than happy to help. Our bulk bags are usually found on busy construction sites, carrying aggregates, sand, and building materials. But this time, they had a very different job: powering one of the show’s most entertaining events!

The organisers need something sturdy, safe, and large enough for a team race, and our bags are always the perfect fit. Seeing them transformed from site essentials into part of this long-running local favourite is a real highlight for us.

Events like the Llanthony Valley and District Show bring local families, farmers, visitors, and volunteers together each year to celebrate rural life and community spirit. We’re proud to support the show and help keep these traditions going.
